摘要
研究了 Ni Al金属间化合物、GH2 17高温合金、1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在 6 5 0℃ L i2 CO3- K2 CO3熔盐中的阳极极化行为 .结果发现 :Ni Al在 L i2 CO3- K2 CO3熔盐中有活化、钝化、过钝化几个阶段 .用俄歇能谱 AES分析了合金钝化膜的组成 .发现在 L i2 CO3- K2 CO3熔盐中 Ni Al中的 Al先被氧化 ,接着其中的 Ni被氧化 .L i2 CO3- K2 CO3中 Ni Al有良好的抗腐蚀性 .
Anodic polarization characteristics of NiAl intermetallic compound, GH217 superalloy and stainless steel have been investigated in molten (Li,K) 2CO 3 at 650 ℃. It was found that the electrochemical processes of NiAl in carbonate included active, passive and transpassive. Passive film of alloys was investigated with AES analysis. It was shown that the anodic reactions on NiAl were oxidation of Al at first, and then oxidation of Ni. NiAl was corrosion resistant.
