Emergency command center, that includes the function of information collcting, panoramic displaying, emergency com- manding and coordianting, play an very important role in emergency responding. This article introduces design principles, basic func- tions and application status about the constrution of the emergency command center, and disscuses the mode and methods in imporving using for emergency command center, which could provide some good references for similar engineerings.
