摘要
针对安徽某中外合资发电机组,进行循环水阻垢缓蚀剂的性能评价和筛选。通过对现场水进行静态阻垢试验、极限碳酸盐试验、旋转挂片试验和电化学测定,分别评价1号、2号和3号药剂的阻垢和缓蚀性能。试验表明:2号药剂的阻垢和缓蚀性能最好,3号药剂的阻垢和缓蚀性能次之,1号药剂最差。
The performances of corrosion and scale inhibitors are evaluated and identified for the circulating water system of a power plant. The performances of No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 corrosion and scale inhibitor are measured by static scale control experiment, lim ited carbonate hardness method, rotation specimen method and electrochemical determination. The results shows that the performances of corrosion and scale inhibitor in ascending order is No. 2, No. 3 and No. 1 agent.
