摘要
以聚醚多元醇(L64)、马来酸酐(MA)为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成了马来酸聚醚酯(Ester-L64)。采用正交实验对合成条件进行了考察,适宜的合成条件为:m(L64)∶m(MA)=1∶2、w(对甲苯磺酸)=1.8%(基于反应物总质量)、合成温度150℃、反应时间8 h。Ester-L64、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)在过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)引发下经自由基溶液聚合得到带疏水侧链的梳状结构的四元共聚物聚醚酯(DEMU-L64)破乳剂,考察了合成DEMU-L64的反应条件,适宜的反应条件为:m(MMA)∶m(Ester-L64)=1∶3.0、m(St)∶m(Ester-L64)=1∶15、m(MAA)∶m(Ester-L64)=1∶35、w(BPO)=1.8%(基于单体总质量)、聚合温度130℃、反应时间6 h。采用FTIR和GPC方法分别对DEMU-L64的结构和相对分子质量及其分布进行了表征。在适宜条件下合成的DEMU-L64对原油具有较好的破乳效果。
Maleic acid polyether ester(Ester-L64) was synthesized from polyether glycol(L64) and maleic anhydride(MA)with toluene-p-sulfonic acid as the catalyst. The reaction conditions were studied by orthogonal experiments. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions are. m(L64) : m (MA) 1 : 2, w(p-toluenesulfonic acid) 1.8% (based on the total mass of reactants), reaction temperature 150 ℃ and reaction time 8 h. A quadripolymer(DEMU-L64) was synthesized from Ester-L64, methyl methacrylate(MMA), styrene(St)and methacrylic acid(MAA) with benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as the initiator by free radical solution copolymerization. Under the optimum reaction conditions of m(MMA) : re(Ester-L64) 1 : 3.0, m(St) : m(Ester-L64) 1 : 15, m(MAA) : re(Ester-L64) 1 : 35, w(BPO) 1.8% (based on the total mass of monomers), reaction temperature 130 ℃ and reaction time 6 h, DEMU-L64 is good in the demulsification of crude oil. The structure and relative molecular mass of DEMU-L64 were characterized by means of FTIR and GPC, respectively.
