欧美和日本等国食品包装材料膳食暴露评估方法的比较分析 被引量:10

Comparison and analysis on dietary exposure assessment methods of food packaging materials in relevant countries

摘要 本文介绍了美国、欧盟、日本和加拿大在开展食品包装材料暴露评估时采用方法的原理、所需资料和计算过程,并对各种方法的覆盖面、实用性、难易程度等方面进行了比较,分析各自优缺点,为建立适合于我国国情的食品包装材料暴露评估方法,制修订食品包装材料安全标准提供科学依据,同时为食品包装材料风险评估机构、监管部门以及相关行业、企业开展相关研究工作提供参考。 Principles, necessary materials and calculation processes of the exposure assessment methods in US, EU, Japan, Canada and China were introduced and those methods were compared on the aspects of their coverage, feasibility and difficulty, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. This study could provide scientific basis for establishing an exposure assessment method and food safety standards for food packaging materials, and provide references for the risk assessment and supervision authorities, related industries and enterprises.
