摘要病例：患者，女，44岁。1年前因“乙肝后肝硬化，失代偿”在我院行原位肝移植手术，手术顺利，术后长期使用他克莫司（普乐可复）抗排异、恩替卡韦（博路定）抗乙肝病毒治疗，定期门诊随访。
