摘要
运用主成分回归分析模型对我国1990—2009年的卫生总费用及其众多影响因素进行分析。分析结果表明,住院服务利用和国民经济的发展是影响卫生总费用的最重要因素,死亡接近程度比老龄化对卫生总费用的影响更显著,居民个人卫生支出及政府卫生支出对卫生总费用有一定抑制作用。
Through principal component regression model, analyses numerous effect factors of the total expenditure on health （TEH） of China. The results shows that utilization of inpatient services and development of national economy is the most important factor to affect the total health expenditure , the closeness of death has more impact than aging on total health expenditure , resident personal hygiene expenses and government budget expenditure have a certain inhibitory effect on TEH.
