Based on the analysis of ttechnology line and expression for market approach of the forest resource assets evaluation, the application of the grey correlation analysis method to determine the weight of parameters and weighted average method were established to determine the method and formula of the final value. Given a practical application case which was the bamboo forest, the result would be helpful to enrich and perfect forest resource asset techniques, and applied value was worth popularization in the assessment practice.
