高校校办科技企业是我国高校技术创新体系中的主力军,它们充分运用了大学智力密集、科技成果集中、人才资源丰富的独特优势,为我国高校技术创新成果快速转化发展提供了有利途径。从企业可持续发展的角度,梳理了高校校办科技企业的现实状况,并提出了相应的对策,以实现高校校办科技企业的可持续发展和与社会、环境的协调发展。

The technology industry in higher education institutions is the most active part of technological innovation system in China, Which has the advantages of rich intelligence, technology and human resources, and is the important way technology transfer. How to realize the sustainable development of the technology industry in higher education institutions,with the society and the environ- ment coordinately develop is an important subject, many scholars are researching in currently. From the sustainable development point of view, This paper is discussed the problems existing in the technology industry in higher education institutions and proposed the corre- sponding countermeasures.
