摘要
运用ECRS平衡改善法则和吊挂流水线生产组织理论,对W公司士兵春秋裤装流水线进行分析,通过优化瓶颈、改进节拍,实现流水线均衡化生产,提高流水线的生产效率。
Using ECRS balance improved principle and hanging assembly line production organization theory, me production line for the W company ＇ s soldiers＇ spring and autumn pants was analyzed. With optimized the bottleneck and improved the beat, the assembly line was realized balancing production, and production efficiency was improved.
