高职院校休闲服务与管理专业的建设思路——以武汉职业技术学院休闲专业为例

On Construction of Leisure Services and Management Major in Vocational College——With Wuhan Polytechnic College as a Case Study

随着经济的发展和社会进步,休闲越来越成为人们生活的重要组成部分,休闲新业态的不断发展和壮大,引发了对休闲专业人才的大量需求。本文通过对休闲业发展现状及高职休闲服务与管理专业人才教育现状的分析,结合人才培养模式、课程体系设置、师资队伍建设等方面提出了武汉职业技术学院休闲专业的建设思路。

With the development of economy and the progress of society,recreation becomes an important part of people＇s life and the development and expansion of leisure service industry causes great demand in professional leisure service talents.Through analysis on the current situation of leisure service industry and the education of higher vocational leisure service and management majors,this essay proposes ideas on construction of leisure service and management major in Wuhan Polytechnic College from talent training model,curriculum system building and teaching staff construction.
