谈新农村建设中农民科学精神的培养

On Cultivation of Peasants' Scientific Spirits during New Countryside Construction

针对目前我国新农村建设中农民科学精神缺失的现状,本文简述了科学及科学精神的概念,从农民受教育的程度低、受传统文化的影响、市场经济的负面影响等方面分析了农民科学精神缺乏的原因,并从提高农村义务教育阶段的教育教学质量、扎实推进农民的职业技术能力培训,加强农村科普教育工作等方面提出了相应的对策建议。

In view of the lack of scientific spirits of peasants during current construction of new countryside in China,this essay defines science and scientific spirits,analyses the reason from several aspects： low-degree education,impact of traditional culture,negative influence of market economy,etc.Corresponding countermeasures are puts forward from improving compulsory education quality of countryside,promoting peasants＇ professional skills training and strengthening popularity of science education in countryside.
