摘要
运用 2 0个随机引物对草鱼 (Ctenopharyngodonidells)进行了随机扩增多态DNA(Ran domamplifiedpolymorphicDNA ,RAPD)分析 结果表明 ,所用引物都能对草鱼扩增出稳定的RAPD谱带 ,扩增的谱带数在 2~ 1 1之间 ,扩增的片段大小在 0 1kb~ 3 0kb之间 ;其中 ,OPM - 9等 6个引物能在草鱼个体间扩增出多态性片段 ,占引物总数的 33 3% ,OPM - 1等 1 4个引物对草鱼不同个体扩增的谱带是一致的 ,占引物总数的 66 7% 。
