特色产业集群发展现状与对策探析——以宁夏为例

Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Development of Characteristic Industrial Cluster in Ningxia

作为一种新型的区域经济发展模式,产业集群不仅是发达国家和地区竞争优势的主要源泉,而且也是欠发达区域实现跨越式发展的有效手段。由于地理、历史、自然等方面原因,宁夏社会经济发展水平与发达省份有着较大差距,但在特色产业发展方面仍具有比较优势。因此,发展特色产业集群是提升宁夏区域经济竞争力的重要途径之一。

As a new model of regional economic development,industrial cluster is not only the main source of competitive advantages for the developed countries and regions,but also an effective strategic tool for underdeveloped regions to accomplish leapfrog development.Because of factors of geography,history and nature,there exists a gap of economic development level between Ningxia and other developed provinces.However,Ningxia has a strong competitive advantage in characteristic industries.Therefore,the development of characteristic industrial cluster will be one of the important ways to improve Ningxia＇s regional economic competitiveness.
