With the method of combining investigation with practice as well as theory, comprehensive technology improvement was conducted for rebuilding fixed cement packing machine. Improved packing machine has the advantages of packing bags to the national standard, enhancing productivity, controlling dust pollution and reducing the workers' labour intensity.
