恩替卡韦联合复方牛胎肝提取物片抗纤维化疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of entecavir combined with compound embryonic bovine liver extract tablets on hepatic fibrosis

目的:观察恩替卡韦和复方牛胎肝提取物片联合应用治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性乙肝肝纤维化患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组。治疗组用恩替卡韦和复方牛胎肝提取物片治疗,对照组只用恩替卡韦治疗,疗程均为8个月。比较其治疗前后两组肝功能、HBV-DNA及肝纤维化指标(HA、LN、PCIII、CIV)变化情况。结果:治疗后两组肝功能、HBV-DNA、肝纤维化指标较治疗前均明显下降,治疗组肝纤维化指标下降与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:恩替卡韦联合复方牛胎肝提取物片可以明显改善慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化指标。

Objective. To observe effect of entecavir combined with compound embryonic bovine liver extract tablets on hepatic fibrosis. Methods.A total of 80 patients with chronic hepatitis were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. Patients in treatment group was treated with entecavir combined with compound embryonic bovine liver extract tablets~ while patients in control group were only treated with entecavir. Treatment course was 8 months for both groups. The liver functions, HBV-DNA and indexes of hepatic fibrosis （HA, LN, PCIII, CIV）were observed and compared. Results=After treat- ment, parameters of liver functions, HBV-DNA and indexes of hepatic fibrosis were decreased in both groups,but the decrease was more significant in treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Entecavir combined with compound embryonic bovine liver extract tablets could improve hepatic fibrosis in chronic hepatitis patients.
