基于MD-ANP方法的工程项目管理模式评价

Evaluation of engineering project management patterns based on MD-ANP

文章构建了基于改进德尔菲方法(MD)和网络分析法(ANP)的工程项目管理模式评价模型,使用MD方法确定评价指标体系,构建ANP模型计算效用,得到各模式的综合排序。该方法综合考虑了影响工程项目管理模式选择的内外部核心指标,并且能够对指标间的相互影响和相互支配关系进行度量,得到科学的评价结果,算例验证了该方法的可行性。

An evaluation model of engineering project management patterns based on the modified Del- phi（MD） method and analytic network process（ANP） is proposed. The evaluation index system is built by the MD method, and the comprehensive sequence of patterns is got via utility values calculat- ed by the ANP model. By using the method, the internal and external factors affecting the selection of engineering project management patterns are taken into consideration, and the interaction and mutual restraint among evaluation indices can be measured. The scientific evaluation results are obtained, and an example is presented to validate the proposed method.
