摘要
文章在垂直产品创新模型中同时引入环境污染与不可再生资源约束,研究结果表明,对于社会计划者而言,重视技术创新,提高创新部门(智力资本)的生产效率,制定严厉的环境标准,普及和加强全民环境意识,可以实现经济持续增长。运用环境库兹涅茨曲线假说对中国经济增长与环境污染关系进行了实证分析,实证结果支持内生增长模型结论。
Both the restraints of environmental pollution and nonrenewable resources are introduced to the vertical product innovation model. The results show that for the social planners, to stress on the technological innovation, improve the productive efficiency of innovation department(human capital), set up strict environmental standards and raise the environmental awareness amongst the general pub- lic is the key to realize the sustainable development of the economy. Besides, an empirical analysis is conducted for the relation between economic growth and environmental pollution in China by environ- mental Kuznets curve(EKC) hypothesis, and the empirical results support the endogenous growth model.
