摘要
利用Fluent软件对不同压力工况、管径的流量计上游管段的流场和压力场进行了数值模拟。在流量计上游管段需要改变流向处,可采用弯头或三通,管径越小、工作压力越大,弯头和三通对下游的扰流越严重。采用三通比弯头更利于下游的整流,应优先选用三通。
The numerical simulation of the flow field and pressure field at upstream of flowmeter with different pressures and diameters is performed by Fluent software. The elbow or tee can be used at upstream of flowmeter where the flow direction needs to be changed. The smaller the diameter is, the higher the working pressure is, and the more serious the turbulence of elbow and tee on the downstream is. Tee has the advantage over elbow in rectifying downstream flow, so tee should be preferably selected.
