该文结合我国现阶段大城市交通所面临的问题,深入分析了造成拥堵的成因,通过借鉴国外先进的治堵经验,有针对性地提出了以"重规划、促建设、调结构、控流量、巧管理、树观念"为导向的国内交通治堵观点。

According to the difficult situation of transport in big cities, the causes of traffic jam are analyzed deeply. Referencing foreign advanced experience, the paper puts forward domestic traffic jam solution with guidance of ‘emphasizing on Planning, Promoting Construction, Adjusting Structure, Controlling Traffic Flow, Smart Management and Setting up Thoughts’.
