多科性大学工商管理专业实践教学模式探讨 被引量:9

A Practice Teaching Mode Based on Training Objectives and Development of Professional Competency——A Case Study of the Business Administration Major in Multiversities

摘要 依据应用型人才培养目标和职业能力理论,并体现多科性大学的优势,工商管理专业本科生需具备通用管理能力、具体业务管理能力、信息技术应用能力和技术支撑能力。具体的实践教学模式选择,应以实验室决策软件模拟和沙盘演练为基础;实地实习和毕业论文为深化;实训、管理情景剧表演为重要补充;课程设计、竞赛、参与科研项目等为扩展。 Undergraduates in the major of business administration should have general management capabilities, specific business management capabilities, information technology application capability and technology support capability according to the training objectives and the professional competency theory the cultivation of application-oriented talents in multiversities. Thus this paper puts forward the concrete modes for practice teaching: decision-making software simulation and sand table simulation experimental teaching are the most basic modes, off-campus practice and graduation thesis are deepening modes, internship and role play of management mini-drama are important complement, while course design, contest and participation in scientific research projects are extending modes.
