Current Situation Analysis on Heavy Metal in Food Contact Plastic Materials

对食品接触塑料材料中重金属的现状进行综合分析,包括来源、技术要求、危害分析、检测技术四方面;并提出食品接触塑料材料中重金属检测存在的问题及建议。

A systematic study of heavy metal in food contact plastic materials is given, including four as- pects.- source, technical requirements, hazard analysis and detection technique. The principal problems existing in heavy metal detection of food contact plastic materials and recommendation are also pro- posed.
