留学生病理生理学实验教学中教师的角色转换

Teacher's Role Change in Pathophysiology Experiment Teaching to International Students

目的探讨对于留学生这样一个特殊群体,为了更好地完成病理生理学实验教学,教师应该扮演什么样的角色。方法结合目前国内留学生教学特点和自身教学体会,提出多角色转换的观点,更好地服务于留学生教学。结果留学生实验教学中多角色转换的方法可以优化教学效果。结论留学生的病理生理学实验教学过程中,教师这样的角色不是唯一,在此基础上也要勇于给留学生当学生,向他们学习语言,做他们的朋友。这样多角色的转换有利于更好地完成留学生实验教学。
