摘要
目的探讨对于留学生这样一个特殊群体,为了更好地完成病理生理学实验教学,教师应该扮演什么样的角色。方法结合目前国内留学生教学特点和自身教学体会,提出多角色转换的观点,更好地服务于留学生教学。结果留学生实验教学中多角色转换的方法可以优化教学效果。结论留学生的病理生理学实验教学过程中,教师这样的角色不是唯一,在此基础上也要勇于给留学生当学生,向他们学习语言,做他们的朋友。这样多角色的转换有利于更好地完成留学生实验教学。
Objective To explore which roles teacher should play in pathophysiology experiment teaching to international students.Methods Integrating the feature of international students and teaching experience,the view of changing roles in pathophysiology experiment teaching to international students was raised.Results The way of changing roles could make the pathophysiology experiment teaching to international students better.Conclusion In the process of pathophysiology experiment teaching to international students,teachers are not just international students' teachers and could be their students and friends.Doing like this could do better in pathophysiology experiment teaching to international students.
