摘要
采用离子交换方法 ,在 Y型沸石分子筛中首次组装了质量比分别为 5 %和 15 %的 Cd Se纳米团簇 ;样品漫反射光谱和透射电镜形貌相的实验结果证实 ,该制备过程是成功可行的 ,并得到了分布均匀、尺寸比较单一的团簇材料 .采用正电子湮没寿命谱对上述两种样品、Y型沸石原粉和纯的 Cd Se粉末样品进行测量 。
Since Y zeolites have well defined crystalline structures with an internal porous open framework and strong cation exchange property,we firstly use them as hosts to generate CdSe clusters.The result by the diffusion spectra and TEM confirm us the growing process is successful:the absorption edges of CdSe clusters are clearly blue shifted as compared with that of the bulk ,the clusterss size estimated from the TEM micrograph varies from 1~4 nm.Moreover,by analyzing the positron life spectra of clusters for the first time,we get an important conclusion:well defined clusters can also be generated outside the cages of the Y-zeolites and they are interconnecting with the β cages.The result by the PALS reveals the growing process of clusters and important information about interfacial layers between clusters and Y zeolites.
