摘要
引入电力设备全寿命周期成本(LCC)管理理念,针对220kV断路器运行现状以及缺陷故障检修数据,在考虑断路器运行维护期间的人工成本、消除缺陷成本及检修成本等动态因素基础上,引入灰色系统理论及灰色关联分析算法,预测出断路器全寿命周期内不同类型缺陷故障的比例,并结合其周期寿命内的检修数据,建立了基于可靠性的不同操作机构的220kV断路器运行维护检修成本模型。该模型能够合理反映断路器运行维护检修寿命期间各个阶段所对应的成本,对相关电力设备检修成本策略的制定具有借鉴作用。实例验证了该模型的有效性及实用性。
Introduction was made to the management concept of life cycle cost (LCC) for electric power equipment. According to the opera- tion situation of 220 kV circuit breakers and the records of corrective maintenance for defects, taking the inspection cost, eliminating defect cost and maintenance cost into consideration fully in the circuit-breaker operation and maintenance period, this paper introduced the grey system theory and grey correlation analysis algorithm to dope out the fault proportions of different type of defects during the whole life cycle. Combined with the statistics of the number of maintenance, this paper established the cost model of operation and maintenance for 220 kV circuit breakers which cooled by different way. The model could reflect the different costs of process for 220 kV circuit breakers in the operation and mainte- nance period reasonably, which is useful to generate the strategy for repairing circuit breakers. The example verifies its effectiveness and practi- cal applicability.
