摘要
针对某新建电厂6kV卧式电动机定子绕组受潮、高压引线绝缘层老化导致电机接地等问题,对处理过程进行了分析,得出电机定子绕组受潮后反映绝缘指标的数值变化与现场的处理方法,以及高压引出线在定子膛内的加固措施,为高压电机出现类似绝缘故障的处理提供了参考。
Aiming at 6 kV horizontal motor stator windings wetting in certain newly built power plant and insulation layer aging of high- voltage lead wire causing motor grounding problem, this paper analyzed the disposal processes, to obtain the changing values reflecting in- sulation index after motor stator windings wetting, together with the corresponding disposal method and the fixing measures of high-voltage lead-out wire in stator chamber, which provide references for high-voltage motor disposal in similar insulation fault.
