一体化旋流冲壁工具的研制与应用

摘要 目前海上井下作业,尤其是深井替浆作业效率很低,在通井和刮削时为保证井下安全,缩短施工周期,降低作业成本,基于对旋流冲壁工具结构、工作原理及相关设计计算的研究,并通过地面模拟试验及反复修正,最终研制出了一体化旋流冲壁工具。理论分析认为,一体化旋流冲壁工具通过水力驱动方式,可实现一趟工艺管柱解决深井替浆及清理井底沉砂的功能。该工具在包括A油田C区块33号井和B区块7号井在内的多口井进行了现场应用,起下钻均正常,未出现阻卡现象,施工安全可靠,且提高了生产时效,平均每口井创造的经济效益达48万元,经济效益显著。 The current offshore downhole operation,especially grouting operation in deep wells,is very low in efficiency,In drifting and scraping,sticking and tight tripping are common.An all-in-one cyclone flushing tool had been developed to improve operation efficiency and ensure safety operation.In this paper,through the research of structure,operating principle and some other calculations,after simulation test in laboratory and revision,the all-in-one cyclone flushing tool was developed successfully.Its application in 2 wells of A oilfield showed that the operation efficiency increased by using this tool,and this tool could finish displacing mud and cleaning cuttings in one trip;the improvement in efficiency brought about by this tool would result in economic profit of $480 000 per well on average.
