南京地区耐亚胺培南肠杆菌科细菌碳青霉烯酶及整合子调查 被引量:12

Distribution of KPC enzymes and integrons in imipenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae in Nanjing

摘要 目的了解南京地区耐亚胺培南肠杆菌科细菌碳青霉烯酶(KPC酶)及整合子分布。方法收集南京地区3所三级甲等医院共55株耐亚胺培南肠杆菌科细菌,进行改良Hodge试验,PCR扩增检测细菌KPC酶与整合子基因并行序列分析。结果 55株待检菌中,改良Hodge试验阳性39株,阳性率为70.9%;KPC酶PCR扩增阳性39株,阳性率为70.9%;整合子PCR扩增阳性19株,阳性率为34.5%。结论 KPC酶引起的碳青霉烯类耐药需引起临床及实验室的关注。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of KPC enzymes and integrons in Enterobacteriaceae resistant to imipenem in Nanjing.METHODS A total of 55 strains of Enterobacteriaceae were collected from 3 tertiary hospitals in Nanjing.The modified Hodge test was performed,KPC was amplified by PCR,and integron genes were sequenced.RESULTS Among 55 strains to be tested,39(70.9%) strains were positive in modified Hodge test;39 strains(70.9%) were positive in PCR amplification of KPC;19 strains(34.5%)were positive in PCR amplification of integrons.CONCLUSION The resistance to carbapenem caused by KPC enzymes should be attached great importance in the clinical laboratores.
