肠道病毒EV71感染重症手足口病患儿血清中干扰素-γ与白介素-10表达 被引量:10

Expression of interferon-γ and interleukin-10 in serum of children with severe EV71 infections

摘要 目的探讨EV71感染手足口病重症患儿的免疫状态。方法将临床诊断的EV71感染手足口病的92例患儿设为感染组,其中又分普通组(67例)、重症组(25例),将体检正常的42名健康儿童为对照组;用ELISA方法检测患儿血清中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)及白介素-10(IL-10)的含量。结果对照组、普通组和重症组IFN-γ含量分别为(7.56±2.71)、(22.66±9.66)、(16.59±7.57)pg/ml,各组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);上述3组IL-10含量分别为(8.12±2.64)、(10.9±4.66)、(26.19±10.2)pg/ml,各组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症组恢复期IFN-γ含量为(8.31±3.13)pg/ml,IL-10含量为(9.39±4.22)pg/ml,两种细胞因子水平均低于重症组急性期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 EV71感染手足口病重症患儿免疫状态紊乱,IFN-γ、IL-10含量改变可能与手足口病发病及病情发展有关。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the immunity state of the children with severe EV71 infections.METHODS Totally 92 children who were diagnosed with EV71 infection were set as the infection group,including the mild group(67 cases) and the severe group(25 cases),totally 42 healthy children were set as the control group;ELISA was performed to detect the concentration of cytokines IFN-γ and IL-10.RESULTS The concentrations of IFN-γ in the control group,mild,severe infection group were(7.56±2.71)pg/ml,(22.66±9.66) pg/ml,and(16.59±7.57)pg/ml,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.01);the concentrations of IL-10 in these groups were(8.12±2.64) pg/ml,(10.9±4.66)pg/ml,and(26.19±10.2) pg/ml,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05);the concentrations of IFN-γ in the severe-convalescent group was(8.31±3.13)pg/ml,and IL-10 in severe-convalescent group were(9.39±4.22) pg/ml,which were lower than that in the severe infection group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.01),as compared with the control group,there was no statistical significance.CONCLUSION The immunity of the children with severe EV71 infection is in disorder state.The change of the serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-10 might be participated in the pathogenesis of HFMD.
