摘要
目的监测医院消毒灭菌效果,为提高医院感染管理质量提供依据。方法对医院重点部门及科室的空气、物体表面、医务人员手、使用中消毒液及灭菌剂、无菌物品、灭菌器、紫外线灯等由医院感染专职人员抽测和临床科室自测相结合的方式进行监测,发现问题及时反复监测。结果 2006-2009年共采样7595份,合格7393份,总合格率为97.34%,2006-2009年合格率依次为96.15%、97.45%、97.50%、98.50%,呈逐年上升趋势,各年度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);室内空气、物体表面、医务人员手、使用中消毒液、无菌物品、灭菌器、紫外线灯辐照强度监测合格率分别为97.98%、94.19%、97.81%、95.66%、99.42%、96.19%、98.70%。结论医院感染管理科通过连续定期监测及时分析反馈,各项监测指标合格率呈逐年上升趋势,监测管理有效;加大消毒管理和监督力度,避免医院感染控制与管理的盲目性。
OBJECTIVE To monitor the effect of disinfection and sterilization in hospitals and provide evidence for improving the management quality of nosocomial infections.METHODS Samplings from indoor air,object surface,hands of medical staff,disinfectant in using,sterilizing agent in using,sterilized article,sterilizer,ultraviolet light in key departments were monitored by the combination of sampling tests by full-time hospital infection staff and self-tests by clinical departments,the problems we found were monitored repeatedly in a timely manner.RESULTS A total of 7595 samples were collected during 2006-2009 and 7393 samples were qualified,the total qualified rate was 97.34%,the qualified rates from 2006 to 2009 were 96.15%,97.45%,97.50%,and 98.50% respectively,presenting as an increasingly upward tendency,the differences were statistically significant(P0.01);among the various monitoring items,the qualified rate of the indoor air was 97.98%,the object surface 94.19%,the hands of medical staff 97.81%,disinfectant in using 95.66%,the sterilized articles 99.42%,the sterilizer 96.19%,the ultraviolet intensity 98.70%.CONCLUSION The qualified rate of each monitoring index keeps increasingly upward tendency through continuous and regular monitoring,timely analysis and feedback,and effective surveillance management;it is necessary to intensify the supervision and disinfection management so as to avoid the blindness of the control and management of nosocomial infections.
