摘要
对某艇柴油主机系泊试车过程中发生的轴瓦粘着磨损事故的试车程序、装配问题、润滑油、安装质量等进行了分析,找出了轴瓦粘着磨损的原因,提出在日常使用管理中预防轴瓦粘着磨损的措施。
The paper analyzes the adhesion accident reason of the bush,such as start-up procedure,assembly,lubricating oil,and installation quality during a test of the diesel engine of one gunboat in mooring condition.The real reason for bearings adhesion wear is analyzed and the measures for prevent the bearings from adhesion wearing in daily use are proposed.
