On How to Reducing Maintenance Costs by Strengthening Management

降低维护作业成本是提高经济效益的有效手段。要降低单井成本,一是加强现场监督;二是合理组织,高效运行,保证作业一次成功;三是优化工序;四是严格结算。不仅如此,还要控制作业井次,把好设计审核关、工序质量关、减少复杂作业井的发生,强化管理,尽量减少封井、井况监测井等一些高费用作业井的成本支出。

Cutting down maintenance costs can effectively pull up economic benefits. To draw down single well＇s costs, the following four steps should be followed, first is to step up on--site supervision, sccond is to make sure of high efficiency in well operations; third is to improve work procedures; and the last is to sctule accounts meticulously. And there are more to be done such as controlling the number of operational wells, being strict on design reviews and procedure quality, reducing complex well operations, strengthening management and minimizing the costs of some big fund-consuming wells in killing and monitoring.
