On Promoting Executive Ability of Leading Cadres

领导干部的执行力事关一个单位一个企业的兴衰成败。对领导干部来说,坚定的执行力是工作原则性的集中体现,是工作纪律性的必然要求,是工作责任心的具体反映。要提升领导干部的执行力,需要做到四个必须:一是必须具备积极的工作态度;二是必须树立强烈的责任意识;三是必须塑造良好的公信力;四是必须保持勤勉的工作作风。

The executive ability of leading cadres concerns the rise and fall of an enterprise.Their firm execution is the epitome of principles,an essential requirement for sense of discipline in work and concrete reflection of working responsibility.＂Five musts＂ are required for the promotion of execution： the first is to have positive working attitude;the second is to build strong responsibility consciousness;the third is to shape a sound public trust and the fourth is to retain a diligent work style.
