加强国企党员素质工程建设的思考

Pondering over Strengthening Construction of Party Member Quality in State-owned Enterprise(SOE)

党的基层组织是党执政的基础,党员是党的细胞和党的行为主体,党的先进性与否最终要靠党员的先进性来体现。当前,在国有企业不断推进党员素质工程建设中,必须结合深入开展的"创先争优"主题实践活动,对于提升国有企业党组织的凝聚力与创造力,促进党员在实践中增强党性、提高素质、更好地发挥先进性作用,推动国有企业改革发展具有十分重要的意义。

the Party＇s primary-level organization is the foundation of the Party＇s governing.Party members are cells and behavioral subjects.Party＇s progressiveness depends upon Party members＇ advancement.Further construction of party member quality in SOE must be combined with the practical activity of establishing an advanced root Party organization and striving for a good Party member,which is significant in advancing cohesion and creativity of the Party Organization in SOE,encouraging Party members to enhance Party spirit and quality to develop their vanguard action and boosting SOE reform and progress.
