摘要
企业新员工入职培训是企业将招聘的员工从学校人转变成为企业人的过程,同时也是员工从组织外部融入组织或团队内部,并成为团队一员的过程。新员工培训的主要目的是为了让员工快速融入企业,适应工作,提高效率,同时减少流失率。通过新员工入职培训,最终实现企业与员工"双赢",是企业获得发展的最根本手段。
New employee orientation training is the transforming process that a newly hired worker undergoes from ivory tower to business world,and it can help rookies fit into teams.This kind of training can facilitate employees' adaptation to new works thus elevating working efficiency and cutting employee turnover.The final goal is to let employees bring out their full potentials to pull off better development for the company.
