摘要
人才战略是企业战略的一个核心要素,但人才不是天才,都有一个成长、成熟的过程。企业人才战略,必须做好育才、用才、聚才几个方面的工作。一是要有育才之智,注重人才全面发展,畅通成长通道,促进人才队伍发展;二是要有用才之道,要把握用人导向,完善用人机制,提升人才使用效能;三是要有聚才之力,靠事业、政策、真情凝聚人才,要大力营造有利于人才成长的氛围,优化人才成长环境,形成人才工作合力。
Talent strategy is a core element of enterprise strategy.However,a talent is not genius,who is bound to experience a growing-to-grown course.To implementing enterprise talents strategy is to do well the following jobs: the first is to have the wisdom of talents cultivation-stressing talents' development in an all-round way,opening the channel for their growth to promote the expand of the talents;the second is to have the method of talents utilization-holding a correct direction for it,completing its mechanism and lifting its efficiency;the third is to have the ability to gather talents-gathering them by policy and true love,striving to create and optimize their growing environment,thus forming joint strength of talents work.
