浅谈江汉油田现行薪酬制度

摘要 薪酬体系是实现企业人力资源战略、营运战略和远景战略极为重要的环节,直接影响着企业员工的工作积极性和对企业的忠诚度。2012年,江汉油田将油田岗位技能工资制度统一为以岗位管理为基础的岗位薪点工资制,起到了岗位管理、竞争上岗、能上能下、工资能升能降的激励与促进作用。要推行好现行薪酬制度,必须做好"四定"基础工作,为实施配套改革做准备;优化岗位职责体系,建立岗位分析评价体系;突出岗位分析评价,搭建"3P"薪酬管理平台;实施薪酬多元化模式,打破企业加薪循环窘境。 Payment system,an important link of realizing enterprise strategy of manpower resource,operation and future plan,directly influences the employees' working initiative and the loyalty to their enterprise.In 2012,Jianghan Oilfield integrates job skill-based pay system into job salary point system based on position management,playing a stimulating role in position management,contending for the position as well as the rise and fall of payment.Implementing the current payment system requires making preparations for supporting reforms by completing the fundamental work,building a post analysis and assessment system based of optimized responsibility system,highlighting post analysis evaluation to construct "3p" pay management platform and breaking down circulation dilemma of pay increases through carrying out diversifying pattern of payment.
