躬行“三清四访五到位”群众工作方法的认识与实践

On the Implementation and Experiences in Handling with the Masses in the Case of Qinghe Oil Production Plant

为用情、用心、用力做好群众工作,清河采油厂推行了人文关怀"三清四访五到位"工作法。要落实"三四五"工作法就必须摸准信息,建齐台帐;小事入手,以小见大;实事求是,以实取效;"带"字当头,以"带"树信;注重结合,凝聚合力。在具体工作中,要在思想上突出"引";在言行上突出"教";在工作上突出"勤";在生活上突出"爱";在管理上突出"严"。

Being dedicated to handling the relationship with the masses,Qinghe Oil Production Plant launched its own method called ＂Three Clearnesses,Four Investigations,Five Steps in Place＂ in dealing with people＇s concerns.This approach requires precise information and complete accounts.To implement it,the offices in charge should start from small things to get the bigger picture based on the facts,should take the leadership in every move to build up prestige and cohesion.In practices,the relevant officials must focus on leading the right track of thoughts,playing model of moral behaviors,being diligent in work,caring in life and rigid in management.
