摘要
通过建立绿色经济的评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定指标权重,对湖北省2000—2010年的绿色经济发展状况进行综合评价。分析了湖北省绿色经济发展中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了通过构建绿色产业体系和绿色技术创新体系、树立绿色农业理念等途径建立湖北省绿色经济的长效推进机制。
This article through the establishment of green economy evaluation index system, using the entropy value method to determine the weight of index, evaluates the comprehensive state of the development of green economy in Hubei province from 2000 to 2010. Based on this, it puts forward the problems and the green economy development measures, such as building green industrial system and green technical innovation system and establishing green agricultural idea.
