摘要
在食品安全事故频发的背景下,我国消费者明显已对食品行业信心不足。通过调查问卷,运用SPSS软件对当前我国消费者对食品行业社会责任认知现状进行了分析,得出消费者视角的食品这一特殊行业的社会责任内容、对象及造成食品企业社会责任缺失的原因等几个方面的结论。最后对食品行业秩序的重建提出了建议。
Food safety incidents happened frequently in China in recent years, and the consumers also are unconfident a- bout food industry obviously. This paper from the consumer perspective analyzes how they evaluate corporate social re- sponsibility by using questionnaires and software SPSS. This paper draws some conclusions on contents, objects of corpo- rate social responsibility and reasons for lake of corporate social responsibility. Finally, this paper puts forward some measures to make food industry set up a new order.
