承包商视角的软件外包风险规避策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 软件外包项目具有高风险的特性,风险随着外包项目时间的变化呈现不同的特点。从承包商的角度,将软件外包项目全过程分为四个阶段,对外包全过程各阶段风险进行了识别和分析,并提出了相应策略帮助承包商规避软件外包中的风险,有助于承包商及时地预测、发现并减轻相关风险,提高软件外包项目的成功率。 Software outsourcing project has the characteristics of high risk, and the risk degree is different in different periods of the project. From the service provider~ point of view, we divide software outsourcing process into four phases by applying the life cycle management theory, and make in - depth analysis of the risks in each phase of the whole out- sourcing process. And then we propose corresponding strategies to avoid those risks. Those strategies would help service providers to predict risks, discover risks and lower risks in software outsourcing promptly, and increase success rate of outsourcing projects.
