摘要
血管疾病近年来成为世界范围内主要致死原因,由于自体血管的供给不足及异体血管存在免疫排斥性,使组织工程血管的构建成为国内外研究的热点。在组织工程血管的构建中,不但要考虑材料的选择、支架表面修饰等问题,还要考虑制备工艺,以满足临床血管使用的各种性能要求。目前,组织工程管状支架的制备工艺主要有静电纺丝技术、热致相分离技术、自组装技术、快速成型技术、凝胶纺丝技术等。本文重点对国内外组织工程血管支架制备工艺技术的研究进展进行了评述。
Diseases of blood vessel have become the leading cause of death in the worldwide. However, the supply of autologous blood vessel may not be sufficient and an immune response exist for xenogenic blood vessel. More attention is focused on tissue engineering blood vessel in borne and abroad. In order to satisfy the demand for vessel scaffold in the region of the clinic, the material of the scaffold and the modification of the scaffold's surface should be considered. Another important point is the fabrication process of scaffold. By now, electrospinning, phase separation process, self-assembly, gel spinning, rrapid prototyping are the main technology to prepare tissue engineering tubular scaffold. In this paper, the research development of the tissue engineering tubular scaffold prepration technology was summerized.
