摘要 井控是钻井安全的关键,为了确保深水钻井的安全,必须掌握深水井控工艺技术。在海洋深水钻井井控中所面临诸如:天然气水合物,地层孔隙压力和破裂压力之间的窗口比较窄,井控余量比较小,压井、阻流管线较长,其循环压耗比较大,深水地层比较脆弱等诸多难点,针对这些难点应当采取有效的技术措施,确保深水钻井作业中的井控安全。 To ensure safety in deep water drilling,it is necessary to master well control technology in deep water which is the key to drilling safety.Well control in deep ocean drilling faces many difficulties such as gas hydrate,narrow window between formation pore pressure and bursting pressure,minor well control allowance,longer killing and choke line with larger circulation pressure loss and more fragile deepwater formation.The author advocates taking effective technical measures to solve these difficulties to ensure well control safety in deepwater drilling practice.
