On the Construction of Staff Home by Corporate Labor Unions

通过阐述新时期企业工会建家工作的涵义,对当前企业工会的建家工作有了进一步的认识,并提出了新时期工会建家工作要创新思维具有针对性、要创新载体具有务实性、要创新形式具有拓展性、要创新方法具有实效性等建议,提高工会建家工作对企业的服务功能。

Based on the analysis of the significance and the experiences of Staff Home construction by corporate labor unions under new circumstances,this paper tends to propose some suggestions to make the homes more useful to companies.This paper points out that the home construction should be more innovative in terms of ideas,tools and methods while also be targeted,pragmatic,effective and open to further improvement.
