摘要
要有效地提高施工企业员工的综合素质,必须注重企业技能培训,提高员工的能力素质,主要的做法有:分层分众开展技能培训工作;充分发挥导师带徒作用;不断完善考核激励机制;大力开展技术创新活动。同时还必须加强职业道德学习,提高员工思想政治素质。主要做法有:强化员工主人翁意识;倡导团队精神;弘扬奉献精神。
Construction related companies should strengthen employees’ integrated qualifications through all kinds of skill training programs.In the paper,several pieces of advices are proposed as follows: skill trainings should be conducted according to different levels of workers;trainers should take fully responsibility of the apprenticeship;while the reviewing system and incentives must be constantly renewed and skills require updates to meet the ever changing needs.Besides,employee’s ideological and political qualifications are to be improved by learning the essence of work ethics which demands workers to play an more active and dedicated role in works while bonding the whole team strongly together.
