On Methods of Improving the Integrated Qualities of Employees of Construction Related Companies

Construction related companies should strengthen employees’ integrated qualifications through all kinds of skill training programs.In the paper,several pieces of advices are proposed as follows： skill trainings should be conducted according to different levels of workers;trainers should take fully responsibility of the apprenticeship;while the reviewing system and incentives must be constantly renewed and skills require updates to meet the ever changing needs.Besides,employee’s ideological and political qualifications are to be improved by learning the essence of work ethics which demands workers to play an more active and dedicated role in works while bonding the whole team strongly together.
