浅谈在油田搬迁单位人文关怀的实施

摘要 中国石化江汉油田分公司采油工艺研究院在搬迁到了武汉后,部分职工出现了缺乏危机意识、心理焦虑等问题。而人文关怀是维护队伍稳定的基础、调解职工心理的手段、企业顺利发展的保证。企业实施人文关怀,就必须加强心理健康教育、构建和谐人际关系、做好细致心理疏导、解决职工实际问题、关注员工价值取向。 After being relocated to Wuhan,some employees of Oil Production Technique Research Institute,an affiliate to the SINOPEC division in Jianghan Oil Field,have encountered with some problems such as a lack of sense of crisis and developing anxiety and mood fluctuation and other psychological imbalances.To comfort these workers and reinforce the bond of the staff,the bosses should extend a tending hand to workers for they’ll decide the future development of the company.This paper gives a few tips as to how to reach out to workers as follows: stepping up mental health education,creating a harmonious work environment,being patient in psychological counseling,tending to workers’ immediate needs and paying attentions to their value orientation.
