浅谈带好职工队伍的途径 被引量:3

摘要 要想做好职工思想政治工作,提升队伍执行力,只有从单位职工队伍的实际情况出发,抓好"头",才能取得扎实效果。抓好"头",一是要抓好源头,梳理出容易产生矛盾的问题,从制度上公开化、民主化;二是要管好人头,就是做好一人一事的思想工作,划分责任区,明确责任,责任到人;三是要走近心头,就是提倡有情管理,着力推进"家"文化建设,创造和谐的工作、生活氛围;四是要树好领头,就是从抓骨干入手,确立先进分子的模范示范作用。 To complete employees’ ideological work and raise their executive ability is to grasp "tou" based on practical situation of the workforce.To grasp "tou" means firstly grasping source,namely,sorting out the problems that are possible to cause contradiction and institutionally making them glasnost and democratization;secondly managing people’s mind,namely,completing ideological work in one person to one thing manner and putting obligation on everyone based on divided responsibility area;thirdly coming near employees’ heart,namely encouraging sentient management,energetically promoting cultural development with the characteristic of family feeling to bring harmony to work and life;and lastly fostering a good leader,namely,starting from cultivating backbones to establish demonstration role of models.
