思想政治工作是油田企业的优良传统,它为调动广大职工的积极性和创造力,为改革发展提供了强大的精神动力与思想保证。但随着市场经济体制和国有企业改革的不断深化,油田企业所处的社会环境、经营环境发生了很大变化,思想政治工作也面临许多新情况、新问题,油田企业在新形势下的思想政治工作要做得更有针对性和实效性。

As a fine tradition of oilfield enterprise,ideological and political work has provided strong mental power and ideological guarantee for mobilizing employees’ enthusiasm and creative ability and for enterprise’s reform and growth.However,following continuously deepened reform of the system of market economy and state-owned enterprises,social and business environments around oilfield enterprise have changed a lot and ideological and political work are also facing many new situations and new problems.Therefore,the enterprise should make the work more targeted and effective under the new situation.
