摘要
态度决定一切,要发挥职工群众工作积极性、主动性和创造性就要及时有效地把握职工群众群众的工作心态。采取积极有效措施加强职工的思想政治工作,调整好每一位职工的工作心态是我们思想政治工作者的根本任务。
Attitude defines everything.To make employees more active,initiative and creative in their work is to timely and effectively grasp their work attitude.The fundamental task of an ideological and political worker is to strengthen employees’ ideological and political work and adjust their work attitude properly by taking effective and proactive measures.
