摘要
在物质文明和精神文明高度发达的今天,心理健康问题已成为全社会一个棘手问题,解决这一问题的有效措施就是要建立一个切实可行的心理健康教育机制即心理健康教育模式,这种模式的构建对促进学生健康成长有着重要意义。
Following well-developed material and spiritual civilization,mental health problem becomes a hot potato for the whole society.The effective means to solve it is to establish a feasible mental health education mechanism-mental health education model which is of significance for making college students grow healthily.
